There are 3 types of Bio gas units
1.Sealed well type ,– Works well till the sludge fills up and becomes difficult to clean up
2.Drum type — Thou there is a well the top is with a water seal and inverted gas holder .Works well and cleaning is still a problem but better than the type 1
3.Bag type — Mostly used along with Pig rearing. The problem of sludge is solved by bursting the bag when it gets filled up and a new bag is required.
4.Twin drum type — This is a new method which I have made after mr Karve’s design. I have improved a lot with steel stirups around the plastic water tanks opened up. A stirrer is added for better mixing .The basic advantage in this type is that the entire unit stands above the ground and the charge feedinga is done by feeding into the inlet. Discharge is done by opening the valve. Once the unit gets filled up with sludge is easily drained out and the tank is washed .

we are using cowdung as daily input. The slurry is daily tapped into bucket which is applied manure to the plants.
The gas stove is a gas jet removed LPG stove. Pop Corn is prepared in the stove and distributed to the visitors .

Bio fuels input material is kept in the tray for the visitors to feel it
The liquid fuel smaple are kept in the bottle.
